Who has not heard this phrase before? It’s almost impossible and with a good reason, Mean girls was, and still is, a movie that I enjoy watching from time to time. Now, that being said, pink can be associated with childish spaces, except when you use them right.
Mixing pink with white, black, and grey tones can give you a very interesting palette. Add some gem tones and metals and you will get a very trendy and modern atmosphere.
Below you will find some of our favorite rooms whose color schemes were inspired by these color combinations.
By adding pink as a secondary color, you can give the room a fresh and trendy look, with just a touch of feminity like on the image above.
Pink, like any color, will have various undertones that will dictate a room temperature, –pinks with cool undertones look great paired with grey and white.
Combine these colors with the gold and metallic accents and you’’ll have a room that looks luxurious and glamorous.
Pink is the ultimate spring door color, it doesn’t matter the color, from pale to magenta, a pink door says, “Welcome!” and also one of my favorite thoughts… a pink door screams “I won that fight with my husband!” in one chic, fell swoop.
Combining blush tones + black shades + molding on walls will give your space a very elegant, traditional, and yet edgy look.
Incorporating different tones of pink, like in this bed and rug, gives a sense of balance and sophistication to the scene.
